All used items AS IS no cash refund. You have to return the same item that you purchase. All items must be returned in original package. For our protection we mark or serial number all our merchandise. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection and approval prior to credit being issued. Non-approved merchandise will be returned to the customer at their expense. Item approved will get repair & return or store credit Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
